There's a lot of buzz around core training for triathlon, and honestly simply about every other activity outside of sleeping! But precisely what is the "core" and why is core stamina and stability so vital for triathlon? triathlon training programs vary in length. Exactly what a fantastic year it has been to say the least! So, what I am saying is that a base of aerobic conditioning is beneficial for the factors discussed above. Nevertheless, doing too much of it will be destructive. You need to focus on building speed, strength, and power once you have reached a specific level of endurance. This is what you truly need on the field! I would also advise a quality sunscreen and comfy fitting clothing, shorts, shirt etc. That is actually all the equipment you will need to effectively finish your first Triathlon.
